A few things you need to know about the MANA! Community:

• MANA! is a brand & is always spelt in capital letters with an exclamation mark “!” to emphasise the urgency of our mission.

• MANA! Founding day is 11/11/2011… & was founded by Bobsy.

• We save almost 5 tons of food scraps & waste every month! We are zero food waste & zero plastic. By eating at MANA! You will be asked to compost all your leftovers (really you left some!?) & all your packaging (made from plants) into our special bins.

• We don’t sell water on principle. All water in M! Is FREE (we call it Sky Juice) clean & filtered using reverse osmosis.

• Flats are short for Flatbreads (we coined the name), they all come with Zaatar & your choice of over 40 toppings from Avocado to Zucchini. To date we have imported 5 tons of organic Zaatar from Lebanon. Arguably the World’s best Zaatar*.

• We have 20 MANA! Mantras that describe our values & principles, you need to get acquainted with them all. Any one memorising all 20 gets to win free M! food & drink.
